Jocelyn Wilhelm provides support on an Executive Assistant level, currently facilitating client requests covering a broad range of account services. These services can include items such as beneficiary changes, death claims, account updates, retirement account services such as RMDs, transfer requests and many other items. Though a newly appointed member of Michelle Mast’s team as of April 2023, Jocelyn has been providing these advisor-support services under the Equitable umbrella for more than 8 years as an Equitable Executive Assistant. She is noted to be personable, organized, and thorough in working to best assist our Team clientele.

Prior to her position under Equitable, Jocelyn built her foundation of financial experience with PNC Bank. Beginning in 2007 as a teller at the Green Spring branch in Lutherville, Maryland, she then moved through various positions over her 8 years of employment. She spent significant time as a Teller Supervisor in two separate branches, one of which was the highest-volume branch of the Timonium, Maryland region on an operational level. Jocelyn was then chosen as a founding member of the pilot Universal Branch for the same region, a challenging position she enjoyed immensely before moving back to her previous high-volume branch to be an in-demand Financial Sales and Services Consultant.

Beyond her fulfilling day to day work in the financial field, Jocelyn has an extensive love for and experience in music. Choral music, in particular, is one of her passions and she has been a member of the Deer Creek Chorale in Maryland for ten years. In addition, she is also a proud member of the more demanding Deer Creek Chamber Choir and the small Deer Creek Chorale treble voice group known as Ebb and Flow. Currently, Jocelyn is enjoying life in central Maryland with her British transplant husband and their two crazy rescue mutts.
